A teaching agency is seeking a full-time ARP Teacher in Camden starting January 2026. In this role, you will deliver tailored learning to primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs in a newly established Additional Resource Provision. The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), experience with primary pupils, and strong behaviour management skills. You will work closely with support staff to facilitate smooth transitions back to mainstream classes. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new educational provision.

ARP Teacher - Primary School (Camden)

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Camden who are seeking a full-time Teacher to join their team from January 2026 (induction start).

This is a brand-new role within the school and an exciting opportunity to work in their newly established Additional Resource Provision (ARP).

Full-time position

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Start date: January 2026 (induction)

Initially teaching and supporting 5 pupils as part of a wider ARP team

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering tailored learning to pupils with SEMH needs, working closely with support staff and the wider school team. A key aspect of the role will be supporting children as they transition back into mainstream classes, acting as a consistent and trusted figure throughout this process.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

A good understanding of SEMH and inclusive practice

Experience working with primary-aged pupils

Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills

A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach
