Area Valuer, Residential Estate Agency - Northumberland - £27,000 - £35,000 basic (DOE) PLUS Comms

An employed version of a self employed Estate Agent

Manage the full sales process from valuation to SSTC

Based from home with an office to report to weekly

This partner led; independent Property Group are looking for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their successful Estate Agency team, covering Northumberland.

In addition to the Estate Agency team, which includes offices from Durham up to Newcastle, this firm operate across Building Consultancy, Planning and Development, General Practise Surveying, Property Management and Rural and Agricultural Consulting.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a valuer in the North East, be able to self-motivate and work for large periods alone and have a proven track record in developing new business and increasing market share.

What you will be doing

As an Area Valuer you will be tasked with running the front-line Estate Agency services on properties across Northumberland on a wide variety of property types and values.

You will be mainly based from home, with a requirement to visit the office at least once per week.

Duties will include

• Business development
• Conducting market appraisals
• Listing properties for sale including marketing material like photos and floorplans
• Conducting viewings on the properties you have listed for sale
• Negotiating and closing offers
• Preparing SSTC property files to hand over to the sales progression team
