A leading sales company in Milton Keynes is seeking an Area Sales Manager to develop customer relationships and drive business performance. This role involves significant responsibility, from managing P&L to mentoring employees. The ideal candidate will have sales experience within the wholesale distribution sector and a strong desire to advance into management. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be given the training, tools and knowledge to quickly progress to a management role. You'll work closely with existing Branch Managers to familiarise yourself with the company, its products, processes and values. You will also complete a tailored training programme focusing on business operations and leadership. All of this will prepare you for a Branch Manager role where you will:
