  • Proven field sales experience, ideally within B2B or automotive sectors
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solutions-driven mindset
  • Confident managing your own territory and pipeline effectively
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Positive, approachable, and able to lead by example with integrity
