• Lead, support and develop the team, including approving holidays.
• Ensure quality checks are followed and materials meet specifications.
• Liaise with engineering to report and resolve breakdowns.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Support audits, compliance checks and accurate shift reporting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
