We are recruiting an Area Catering Manager to work with a fantastic team covering a portfolio of Garden Centres & Retail coffee shops.

Due to continued business growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef Manager to join the team. Geographically, you will support the catering operations manager covering sites across the north of their portfolio.

About the Role :

As Area Catering Manager, you'll oversee between 6 -10 sites within garden centres and retail coffee shops, ensuring every location not only meets but exceeds customer expectations. You'll report into a supportive and experienced Operations Manager and play a vital role in shaping daily operations and leading talented teams.

Your enthusiasm for food, service excellence, and people development will be key to your success.

What You'll Be Doing :
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations in multiple sites from the East Midlands to Hull
  • Building strong, trusted partnerships with suppliers and senior management
  • Inspire, motivate, and coach catering teams to deliver the very best in food service standards
  • Act as a vital link between sites and Head Office functions such as HR, Accounts, and Purchasing
  • Monitor site performance and drive continual improvements in quality and service
