This is a community-based role in which you will manage a team of Care and Support Workers and coordinate with office staff to connect with service users.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £31,118.00 per year

Location: On the road (community-based)

Responsibilities

• Support and manage your team of Care and Support Workers in the community.
• Be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise.
• Use experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
• Collaborate with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator to connect the office with the service user.
• Provide quality control of care services and continuously seek higher levels of care.
• Manage and undertake reviews and audits of care packages.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, well-organised, reliable, and an effective communicator.
• Driving licence and access to a car (required).
• NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred).
• Experience providing care: 1 year (required).
