Architectural Technician required to join a House Builder near Warrington.

This vacancy has arisen for a talented Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician looking to develop their existing architectural talents working on a number of Residential schemes and developments. Our client are a well‑known Housebuilder. Their work is primarily very local with various sites currently undergoing development across the North‑West region. They are undergoing a significantly busy period and as such they need a good, experienced Architectural Technician to join the team in an intermediate‑level role.

You will work closely with an experienced team and will report into a team of senior colleagues. You will spend some time on‑site, although your main duties will be office‑based. This may include the overseeing of lesser‑experienced Technicians and junior members of staff. You will be using AutoCAD on a daily basis, therefore it is preferred that candidates will have a good understanding of the software before applying for this role.

Key requirements

• At least 2 years' experience working within an architecture practice. Residential‑sector background is preferred.
• Experience in the collation and submission of planning and building regulation applications.
• A proven proficiency with AutoCAD software.
• Good time management and ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
• To be self‑motivated and with a methodical approach to work with an attention to detail.
