Specialising in hospitality and leisure projects across the South of the UK, this studio has built a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, technically robust, and experience-led environments for a wide range of clients.

Joining this collaborative and friendly team, you'll be involved in projects from early concept stages through to detailed technical design and on-site delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailed construction packages
• Work closely with architects, designers, and external consultants
• Support projects through RIBA Stages 3-6
• Assist with site coordination, contractor queries, and technical problem-solving
• Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or related discipline
• Experience working on hospitality or leisure projects (essential)
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); other industry software knowledge (beneficial)
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Previous on-site experience advantageous
• Ability to manage deadlines and work across multiple live projects
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
