Job Title: Architectural Technician

About the Role: A leading architectural practice specialising in volume residential developments for major housing contractors is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will primarily support planning application projects, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is open to applicants from junior through to senior level, offering the opportunity to develop and grow within a supportive and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and develop drawings and technical documents for planning applications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and planning regulations.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Produce accurate AutoCAD, Photoshop, and (optionally) Revit drawings.
  • Support process improvements and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop; Revit knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
