Overview

Architectural Designer urgently required for a client side house builder to work in their busy office based near Cookham, Buckinghamshire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the upkeep and development of standard housing and apartment portfolio, internal specification and construction specifications alongside standard details to enable production of regional sites using standard product.
• Communicate with regional teams on updates to the portfolio as well as NHBC standards and regulations, ensuring the product and specification meet current regulations and legislation.
• Attend workstreams and collaboration meetings with regional teams and 3rd party consultants and designers to ensure key deadlines are met.
• Work as part of a busy design team on a range of projects, looking at the design process from concept through to construction.

Qualifications

• Experience of AutoCAD with approximately 2 - 5 years post-graduation experience.
