The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver design excellence across a range of ambitious residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes. With a strong reputation for creativity and delivery, the studio offers the opportunity to contribute to projects from early concept through to planning and beyond, playing a pivotal role in design direction and innovation.

Daily Duties
  • Lead and contribute to the creative design process from concept through to RIBA Stages 2-3
  • Develop high-quality design proposals, drawings, and visual presentations
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand and interpret project aspirations
  • Work with consultants and internal teams to ensure design integrity is maintained through project development
  • Support planning applications with clear, well-presented design documentation
  • Contribute to design reviews, workshops, and collaborative brainstorming sessions
  • Maintain awareness of current architectural trends, sustainability strategies, and innovative design practices
  • Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of design excellence
Ideal Candidate
  • ARB-registered architect with strong post-Part 3 experience
  • A portfolio demonstrating creativity, conceptual strength, and design quality
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and design standards
  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D visualisation software is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Passionate about design innovation, sustainability, and placemaking
  • Motivated, proactive, and capable of managing time and multiple design priorities effectively
