Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to architectural projects through all stages, from concept to delivery
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to develop design solutions
  • Provide input and guidance to colleagues and consultants, building strong professional relationships
  • Deliver high-quality drawings, specifications, reports and presentations
  • Manage time effectively, often working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Develop leadership skills with mentoring and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
  • RIBA Part 3 qualified with at least 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience delivering live projects in a design-focused environment
  • Strong design, technical and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing situations
  • Ability to organise and coordinate technical documentation and submissions
  • Proficiency in Revit; Enscape, Photoshop and InDesign skills desirable
  • Previous experience working on education projects is highly beneficial
