We’re currently seeking an Arcade Supervisor to join one of our vibrant branches. If you’re a confident, customer-focused supervisor with experience in a customer service environment, this could be the opportunity for you. As Arcade Supervisor, you'll take full responsibility for the running of your shifts. You’ll monitor the arcade, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure a high standard of presentation and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Key holder duties and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the Branch.
  • Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are always delivered to all customers.
  • Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Generally working within your allocated branch, although there may be requirements to cover in other Oasis Branches.
  • Weekend and public holiday cover required.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and completion of paperwork.
Skills and Qualifications
  • GCSE Maths D or above (or equivalent).
  • GCSE English D or above (or equivalent).
  • 1 year customer service experience.
  • 1 year cash handling experience.
  • 1 year key holding experience.
  • Hospitality experience.
