  • Managing stock and prize inventory: monitoring levels, organising restocks, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handling machine faults and technical issues: troubleshooting where possible and escalating repairs to management or engineers.
  • Delivering exceptional guest service: ensuring every visitor enjoys a fun, memorable experience.
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding of new Arcade Hosts.
  • Driving performance and daily revenue targets through strong leadership and guest engagement.
