Job summary

A UK's leading healthcare provider is seeking an Entry Level Accounts Receivable Officer to manage income processing and liaise with NHS Shared Business Services. The role involves assisting with account management, resolving invoicing issues, and working alongside various stakeholders for timely billing processes. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Accounts Receivable, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing quality healthcare services. This is a contract position lasting 6 months at Band 5 level.

Qualifications

• Skill and knowledge of current Accounts Receivable and debt management.
• Ability to manage KPIs and report to the Income Liaison Manager.
• Experience in resolving invoicing issues.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with NHS Shared Business Services to ensure timely processing of income and receivables.
• Assist with all aspects of the accounts receivable service.
• Manage email correspondence related to invoices.
• Investigate issues in suspense accounts to clear holds on customer invoices.
