Responsibilities

  • Ensure apprentices are assessment-ready and equipped for success

Qualifications
  • A level 3+ teaching qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in delivering apprenticeships or prior teaching experience
  • Level 5 Operations Manager qualification or significant sector experience
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Ability to identify training needs and implement effective solutions
  • Strong attention to detail with high levels of literacy and numeracy
  • Assessor Awards (CAVA, TAQA, A1 equivalent)
  • Background in transport
