About the Role

In an apprentice role you will work on exciting, ground‑break­ing projects from day one, with support to grow in your chosen discipline as well as training to develop the core skills needed to succeed in a professional organisation. Our early careers programme gives you the chance to connect with others across the region and business who are also starting their career, as well as mentoring, Chartership support and bonuses and more. Joining the existing Project and Cost Management team, you will support Senior Project Managers in managing projects, working closely with high‑profile clients, stakeholders, and all UK Tetra Tech disciplines to develop and deliver successful projects to our clients. You will be supported working towards managing your own projects whilst studying for a degree in Project Management. This position will include day release to complete a fully funded professionally accredited BSc (Hons) Project Management with a local university.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering projects to a value of £250m across both Public and Private sectors
  • Assist in preparing tender and contract documents
  • Ensure internal governance is adhered to
  • Assist in the management and delivery of construction projects
  • Assist in developing works and resource management
  • Facilitate project progress meetings with the project team
  • Implement change control management
  • Support senior staff in delivering business objectives

Qualifications
  • Compliance with the university's minimum points requirement – 120 UCAS points

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self‑motivated
  • Desirable: full, clean UK driving licence and ideally access to a vehicle
  • Suitability for Security Clearance
