A local government organization in Halifax is offering an exciting apprenticeship in their library service. This role focuses on developing customer service skills while assisting patrons with digital services and resources. Ideal for those looking to grow in a vibrant community hub. This is an opportunity to experience a role in the library service, developing customer service skills through training and development. Assist customers with using public computer facilities, Wi‑Fi, wireless printing and scanning, digital books and apps. Support customers in navigating digital services and resources. Contribute to a busy library environment with customer service at the forefront.
Work in buildings that are busy with customers, groups, events and meetings; expect to be on your feet for large parts of the day.
