You're an experienced IT professional with the skills and certifications to back it up. You've built a solid foundation, whether that's through formal qualifications or hands-on experience in complex, secure environments. You know your way around enterprise-level technologies, and you're confident working under pressure to deliver reliable results.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support across Microsoft 365 services - from Exchange and Teams to Intune, SharePoint, and the wider Power Platform.
• Use PowerShell scripting and security tools like Defender and Purview to resolve complex issues and maintain service availability.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share knowledge, and support leadership when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Agile & ITIL Foundation level / relevant experience
• Microsoft role-based certification - Expert and relevant product certifications
• Level 3 Information Communication Technician or equivalent level 3 qualification in IT Computer Science or relevant experience
• Practitioner level knowledge of hardware, software and systems being supported
• Substantial experience in relevant roles, including technologies in an enterprise environment, and of working within a secure environment, e.g. MOD
• Experience in a high-pressured, fast-paced team, Agile & ITIL Foundation level / relevant experience. If relevant experience, please detail this in your application
