THE ROLE

This position sits within the organisation’s engineering division, supporting customers throughout their complete Additive Manufacturing journey. You’ll work across one or more key AM pillars: Business Case, Design, Process & Application Development, Qualification, and Production & Post-Processing.

In this role, you will:

  • Support sales activities by defining, developing, and delivering AM production and enablement services.
  • Manage and implement complex customer projects, coordinating across internal teams, assessing risks, and providing technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Deliver targeted training sessions and workshops to accelerate AM adoption and reduce customer time-to-market.
  • Represent the customer’s technical voice across R&D and product development initiatives, helping shape next generation AM solutions
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
  • Professional experience within Additive Manufacturing, ideally metal AM systems
  • Experience working directly with customers on technical projects
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination
  • Delivering technical training, workshops, or customer enablement programmes
  • Exposure to AM production environments, engineering workflows, or process development
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Based in the West Midlands with willingness to travel across the UK and wider EMEA region
