An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and passionate Special Needs Teachers to join a brand-new SEN provision in Dudley, opening in January 2026.

This is a unique chance to be part of the founding team in a growing specialist setting dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with additional needs.

About the Setting

The school will initially cater for students aged 11-16, with plans to expand to a full 11-25 provision, offering high-quality education and support through to post-16. The first cohort will include around 20 pupils with a range of mixed and undiagnosed needs.

The Role

As a Special Needs Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of each learner.
• Support pupils with a range of social, emotional, communication, and cognitive needs.
• Contribute to the design and development of a new, nurturing learning environment.
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic and consistent support for every pupil.
• Help build a culture of respect, inclusion, and high expectations.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• An experienced SEN Teacher with a proven track record of working in a special school (essential).
• Skilled at supporting young people with complex or undiagnosed needs.
• Creative, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education.
• Excited by the opportunity to be part of a new and developing school community.
• Qualified with QTS/QTLS.
