A coaching organization in the UK is looking for a Performance Coach to work with 50-70 clients, ensuring they achieve life-changing transformations. This full-time, remote position allows flexible scheduling. Coaches will track client progress, run group sessions, and deliver results that meet KPIs. Compensation ranges from £3,500 to £6,300 monthly plus bonuses for achievements. Candidates must be available for daily communication and coaching sessions via Zoom.

Mission For Alpha21 Performance Coach

To achieve life-changing results for clients of the Alpha21 program

Responsibilities

• Working with 50-70 coaching clients.
• Completing weekly check-in reviews for clients.
• Daily contact with clients through the coaching App.
• Availability to run Zoom calls with clients.
• Run group education sessions within the community.
• Track all client data and ensure you are hitting KPI’s with client results.
• Ensuring you are bringing through world-class transformations each month.

Outcomes / KPIs

• Achieve World-Class Transformations with clients.
• Deliver group trainings within the community
• Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
• Morning Huddles via Zoom, 8am GMT Monday - Friday
• End of Day report
• Update tracking sheets, and CRM

Compensation

• £50 - £90 per month (Per Client) £50 / £90 x 70 Clients = £3500 - £6300 + Bonus’
• £150 Bonus per ‘World Class Transformation’ (Expected to deliver monthly)
• This is a full-time position.
• You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough calendar space to hit 15 units
• Be available to communicate through Slack 8am-9pm GMT daily (Mon-Fri)
• This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere
