Job summary

A niche logistics company in Hounslow is seeking an experienced Air Import Coordinator to manage import processes and ensure excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have import experience and excellent customer service skills. This fulltime position offers a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 along with overtime and pension benefits.

Job description

Brand new position* Air Import Coordinator required to join this niche, interesting forwarder

Ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within Imports, along with excellent Customer Service/telephone skills (essential)

Daily Duties To Include

Processing Import arrivals from Pre-alert, contacting customers and following Import instruction on type of Customs clearance required (IE BOND/TA/HU ETC)

Arranging delivery with our transport department, maintaining a high level customer service.

Customs entries using sequoia and our bespoke internal computer system.

Additional MIB and an assortment of other bespoke import services we offer to our customers.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

20 Days annual leave + B/H

Salary is between £30,000 - £35,000 PA + O/T + Pension
