Overview

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UK's leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

Responsibilities

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
• Rectifying faults in plant rooms
• Splits, VRF and more
• You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.

Requirements

• Full UK Licence - 6 points max.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified

Additional Details

Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours

Working hours - 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)

On Call - 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only.

Salary - £41,210/Yr.

Location - Huddersfield

Extra - Overtime available.
