Overview

Job Title: ACEngineer

Reports To: Contracts Manager

Direct Reports: N/A

Salary: £35k-£42k

Main Purpose of the Role

The main purpose of the role is to help the team deliver an effective service and maintenance programme for my clients operation. The specifics of the role include such tasks as:

  • Performing the installation, maintenance, and repairs to various Split, Multi, VRV and AHU systems
  • Writing detailed engineers reports
  • Completing job-sheets and asset details

You will also be required to support the team's work in carrying out planned installations for our extensive client base

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the installation, maintenance and repairs to various Split, Multi, VRV and AHU systems in a number of high street retail, commercial and domestic environments
  • Managing your own busy workload, completing assigned tasks as efficiently as possible
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues, clients and other contractors
  • Contribute to overall development of the business
  • Minimize financial and resource wastage at all opportunities, paying particular attention to recalls and overtime
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and other statutory legislation
  • Liaise with clients ensuring a positive working relationship
  • Represent the best interests of the business at all times
  • Assess own educational/training needs and explore all opportunities for maintaining and updating own professional knowledge and skills
