Agricultural & Property Litigation Solicitor - Swansea

A leading regional firm in South Wales are looking to recruit into their highly regarded Agricultural & Property Litigation team. Whether you’re newly qualified or experienced, this is a great chance to develop your career in a niche and growing area of law, supported by a nationally recognised team.

About the role
  • You’ll handle a wide range of property litigation work, including:
  • Acting for developers, landowners, investors, agricultural businesses and occupiers on disputes involving commercial, residential and agricultural property.
  • Advising on boundary issues, rights of way, easements, covenants, telecoms/energy disputes and Land Registration claims.
  • Handling landlord & tenant matters: lease renewals, break notices, forfeiture, dilapidations, service charges and 1954 Act issues.
  • Representing clients in residential possession, arrears recovery and enfranchisement/lease extension proceedings.
  • Advising on agricultural tenancies, succession rights, improvement and dilapidation claims, and partnership/farming disputes.
  • Managing a varied caseload while working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent client service.

Agricultural experience is useful but not essential as full training and support will be provided to help you build expertise in this specialist area.

Requirements
  • Experience in property litigation (commercial and residential essential, agricultural desirable).
  • Strong technical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Confident, client-focused and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
