A prominent healthcare institution in Leicester is seeking a Senior Agile Research Delivery Team Nurse / Midwife / Allied Health Professional to support research delivery across diverse health and care settings. The successful candidate will manage research activities, ensure compliance, and foster stakeholder engagement. An exciting opportunity to be part of the East Midlands RRDN flexible workforce, the Agile Research Delivery Team.
We are recruiting a Senior Agile Research Delivery Team Nurse / Midwife / Allied Health Professional (AHP) to join our Agile Research Delivery Team. The post holder will be based at our office in Paget House, Leicester, and will travel extensively across the East Midlands.
The focus is to support the delivery and set‑up of the National Institute for Health and Care Research Research Delivery Network (NIHR RDN) Portfolio studies across varied health and care settings, requiring flexible autonomous working across disciplines and the RRDN region. Responsibilities include correct identification, recruitment, delivery and follow‑up for research participants according to appropriate research protocols.
The role requires excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to facilitate collaborative working relationships with multiple stakeholders, and may contribute to line‑management for a team of research delivery staff working autonomously.
The post holder will work with different professions from multiple organisations involved in health and care research and will be an integral part of the Agile Research Delivery Team, which sits within the RRDN core team. Close collaboration with the Study Support Service and the Stakeholder and Engagement team is also required.
