About Dyson

The Aftersales Assistant

is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Bumpers Farm Repair and Refurb facility at Dyson. This role collaborates with stakeholders from across the business, ensuring the continuation of service, whether that means being the go-to person for IT queries, supporting with knowledge building and upskilling team members on various systems, or driving process compliance and improvements. This role requires curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.

About the role

• Knowledgeable on all operational areas of Bumpers Farm, capable of assisting the Repair workstream whenever required.
• Auditing Return to Base repairs, checking Salesforce inputs, and ensuring cleanliness of machines (QMS).
• Conducting electrical safety tests.
• Overseeing cycle counts of 1010 SW01, inputting data in SAP.
• Working with the European team to design and order packaging, maintaining stock levels, and planning for future demand.
• Processing RTB exchanges.
• Managing inventory, ensuring SKUs and Part Numbers are correctly set up.
• Creating end-to-end purchase orders for Bumpers Farm.
• Vendor management.
• Maintaining process guidance documents and training team members.
• Serving as a Salesforce super-user, resolving issues, and providing training.
• Providing IT support for the site.
• Creating and analyzing reports related to Return To Base performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Participating in Dyson events and managing accessory donation stands.
• Proactive team member, seeking opportunities to increase team engagement.
