Hours: Part-time - 15 hours per week / 38 weeks per year (Working Pattern 03:00pm - 06:00 pm)

Are you passionate about creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children outside of school hours? Newhall Junior School is seeking a dedicated After School Club Coordinator to lead our After School Club provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality wraparound childcare.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment for pupils.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
  • Promote inclusion, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Manage and support a team of childcare assistants.
  • Maintain compliance with OFSTED, safeguarding, and health & safety standards.
  • Oversee resources, food provision, and budget management.
