• Understanding of skills training end to end process with a focus on planning and operational excellence.
• Experience as an Aerospace or Mechanical Fitter.
• Time served apprenticeship required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding training and assessment practices.
• Assess and monitor delegate performance.
• Develop learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy.

Skills
