A community support organization in Northern Ireland is seeking an Advice Services Manager to lead the Advice Services Team. This role involves managing staff and ensuring high-quality delivery of helpline and advice services. Candidates should have strong leadership and financial management skills, along with knowledge of housing legislation. The position offers a hybrid work model and a generous benefits package including 25 days of annual leave.
The Advice Services Manager supports Housing Rights’ vision by jointly leading the Advice Services Team and ensuring high-quality, efficient delivery of helpline and advice services. The role includes organising daily operations and staffing, monitoring performance and service standards, supporting quality assurance and accreditation, and driving improvements based on client need.

We help people with their housing and homelessness problems through our helplines and advice work. We use their experiences to bring change and improvements with our policy work.
