What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality assessments as part of the Duty & Assessment Team, working closely with children and their families in Stoke.
• Co-produce Initial Child in Need and Child Protection Plans alongside partner agencies and families.
• Build and maintain excellent partnership relationships, collaborating with our Supporting Families Service and a variety of community-based agencies.
• Offer support and mentoring to peers, Newly Qualified Social Workers, and Social Work Students, sharing your insights and experience.
• Employ a restorative approach to work with families, ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive safeguarding practice.
