As an Advanced Practitioner, you will:

Responsibilities
  • Undertake specialist assessments including ParentAssess, sibling and parenting assessments, viability assessments, and AIM frameworks.
  • Provide clear, evidence‑based reports to support care planning and court proceedings.
  • Work collaboratively with social workers, managers, and multi‑agency professionals to support decision‑making in complex cases.
  • Attend key meetings such as Legal Planning Meetings and Court Hearings.
  • Keep up to date with legislation, guidance, and best practice in children’s social care.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in completing complex assessments and producing high‑quality reports.
  • Knowledge of specialist frameworks such as ParentAssess, AIM3, and CASPR (desirable).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
