An exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our frailty team at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This role will play a key part in early intervention for older people experiencing frailty presenting in the ED, improving quality of care and patient outcomes.
The Trust is committed to safeguarding and is signed up to the Wirral Safeguarding Childrens Partnership and the Wirral Safeguarding Adults Partnership Board. Staff must complete mandatory Protecting Vulnerable People training and adhere to Trust policies.
Applicants must provide a DBS. The cost of submitting and processing the DBS is met by the successful applicant and will be deducted from salary in monthly instalments.
Eligibility for apprenticeship is assessed on a case‑by‑case basis and is determined by residency requirements. Applicants should review UK Government guidance.
