You will be working days at medium - large elderly and dementia Home. You'll use the latest care technology to spend quality time with service users, ensuring high-quality care based on Wellness, Happiness, and Kindness.

Responsibilities
  • Shift Times: 07:45 - 20:15, including alternate weekends
  • Assess health and develop care plans
  • Administer medication and monitor responses
  • Provide nursing care, including wound and palliative care
  • Coordinate care with healthcare professionals
  • Support daily living activities
  • Provide emotional support to users and families
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines
Qualifications
  • NMC Registered Nurse
