A leading independent healthcare provider in the UK seeks an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to provide clinical leadership in mental health settings, manage complex patient cases, and support a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience, with opportunities for career development and a competitive salary of up to £64,471 per annum depending on experience.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary. You will demonstrate judgement in assessing and managing wide ranging and complex patient problems. You will provide clinical leadership for the mental health team, a multi-disciplinary team made up of a variety of registered and non-registered professionals including mental health and substance misuse practitioners. You will act as a role model, ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at all times. Supporting senior clinicians on site, you will be part of the daily leadership team, providing clinical input for all patients. As a clinical expert in your field, you will work with the team to ensure patient safety, the management of complex cases and that the most up-to-date treatment methodology is applied to patient care.
