We have an exciting opportunity for a caring and compassionate Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team working in our forensic low secure inpatient services based at the Redwoods Hospital in Shrewsbury.
The successful candidate will be a first level Registered Adult Nurse who has successfully completed an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and will ideally be able to demonstrate knowledge of working in a mental health setting.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner you will work with service users with a range of complex physical and mental health needs. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing care to service users on Willow ward (Low secure male mental health rehabilitation ward). You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and senior clinical leads and other ACPs in the development of Advanced clinical practice across the service and in the delivery of high standards of safe and quality care.
The successful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner, utilising advanced knowledge, skills and expertise in relation to the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of a range of physical health and mental health conditions.
