Administrator - Financial Services

  • Up to £30,000 DOE
  • Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours per week) | Permanent

Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? The Role

As Senior Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to a busy Financial Planning team. You'll ensure processes run smoothly, client data is maintained accurately, and service delivery meets the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support across the full client lifecycle within Financial Planning.
  • Manage new business onboarding, client updates, amendments, and ongoing servicing.
  • Support fee processing, revenue monitoring and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain strong data quality controls and ensure adherence to regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Support and mentor colleagues as needed, contributing to a culture of learning and high performance.
