A local charity in Croydon is seeking a highly organized Administrator to join their team at Whitgift House. This role involves supporting the administrative function including admissions, HR tasks, and being a point of contact for residents and families. Candidates should have experience in a similar regulated environment, strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The position offers a salary range of £30,001 - £35,000 annually and the opportunity to contribute to improving care services.
We are seeking a highly organized Administrator to join our dedicated team at Whitgift House part of the John Whitgift Foundation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration function within the home with primary responsibility for supporting admissions and completing HR administrative absence the of the Home Manager the Administrator will be a point of contact for residents / families and the Head of Finance and Operations.
This vital role is at the heart of our homes daily operations ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the administrative function that supports the requirements of the Foundation our care services our residents staff and external stakeholders while meeting all legislative requirements and accepted standards of best practice.
The Administrator will support the Home Manager with projects including the introduction of new technology and processes to enhance the customer experience and support more effective and efficient ways of working.
