Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and site administration activities at a project based on Blackwall Lane, Greenwich. This is a short-term role ideal for someone efficient, reliable, and confident working in a busy construction or project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the site and project teams.
  • Manage document filing, scanning, and updating records.
  • Assist with processing timesheets, expenses, and basic reporting.
  • Maintain site diaries, registers and ensure paperwork is up to date.
  • Welcome visitors, manage sign-in procedures and handle incoming calls / emails.
  • Coordinate deliveries, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
  • Support with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
  • Assist with health & safety documentation and inductions (if required).
  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional office environment.
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience (construction or project office preferred).
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to start immediately in the New Year.
