We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Administrator to become an integral part of our client's office team. You’ll be supporting general day-to-day administration across the business, while working closely with the Project Administrator to keep projects, documentation and client communication running smoothly.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll provide essential support across the office
- General administrative duties - document control, inbox management, data entry and producing documentation
- Supporting the Project Administrator with schedules, paperwork, and project‑related tasks
- Assisting with compliance documentation, certificates, manuals and record‑keeping
- Liaising with internal teams including design, projects and operations
- Handling telephone calls, greeting visitors and supporting day‑to‑day office workflow
- Helping ensure deadlines are met and standards remain consistently high
- Providing administrative support to senior management when required
About You
- We don’t need perfection - we want someone organised, helpful and eager to get things done.
- Previous admin experience (construction sector exposure is a big plus)
- Must have experience in using Sage 50 Professional
- Strong IT skills MS Office, spreadsheets, good email etiquette
- A positive, I’ll sort that attitude
- Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with different teams
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- A proactive approach - spotting what needs to be done before being asked
- Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work
