We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Administrator to become an integral part of our client's office team. You’ll be supporting general day-to-day administration across the business, while working closely with the Project Administrator to keep projects, documentation and client communication running smoothly.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
  • You’ll provide essential support across the office
  • General administrative duties - document control, inbox management, data entry and producing documentation
  • Supporting the Project Administrator with schedules, paperwork, and project‑related tasks
  • Assisting with compliance documentation, certificates, manuals and record‑keeping
  • Liaising with internal teams including design, projects and operations
  • Handling telephone calls, greeting visitors and supporting day‑to‑day office workflow
  • Helping ensure deadlines are met and standards remain consistently high
  • Providing administrative support to senior management when required
About You
  • We don’t need perfection - we want someone organised, helpful and eager to get things done.
  • Previous admin experience (construction sector exposure is a big plus)
  • Must have experience in using Sage 50 Professional
  • Strong IT skills MS Office, spreadsheets, good email etiquette
  • A positive, I’ll sort that attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with different teams
  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • A proactive approach - spotting what needs to be done before being asked
  • Reliability, punctuality and pride in your work
