We are looking for a reliable and energetic Administrator to join a relaxed but hardworking office team based in Roydon. This role is ideal for someone with experience in scheduling, administration, coordination or customer service roles such as Service Coordinator, Planner, Administrator or Office Assistant.
You’ll be responsible for scheduling engineers, validating engineer submissions and maintaining accurate records that feed directly into Thames Water’s billing system—so attention to detail and a logical mindset are essential. Full training will be provided on your workstream, along with cross-training for wider team support.
