Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operational team and Partnering Manager.
  • Engage professionally with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and ensure records are up to date.
  • Produce management reports, including profit percentages and performance updates.
  • Build effective relationships with supervisors and contractors.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:00am‑05:00pm

About The Role

We are looking for a confident and organised Administrator to join our dedicated team in Tower Hamlets. You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to residents, clients, and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Operational team and Partnering Manager
  • Engage with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders professionally via phone and email
  • Raise and process orders, ensuring correct certification for each property
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, ensuring jobs are coded correctly and records are up to date
  • Produce reports for management, including profit percentages and performance updates
  • Build effective working relationships with supervisors, housing teams, and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Support the team with scheduling, record‑keeping, and general administration
