The Company

We're working with a leading firm Precision Facilities Management, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting the day‑to‑day administration of supplier contracts and ensuring smooth coordination with third‑party vendors. The successful candidate will bring experience in contract coordination, particularly in managing relationships with external suppliers within a facilities or property services environment.

Role & Responsibilities of the Administrator
  • Support the administration and coordination of third‑party supplier and subcontractor contracts.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date contract records using the company's CAFM and contract management systems.
  • Liaise regularly with external suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm job progress, and ensure service delivery aligns with contract terms.
  • Assist with the scheduling and tracking of both planned and reactive maintenance work, ensuring supplier performance is monitored and issues are escalated as needed.
  • Help prepare reports and documentation relating to contract performance, compliance, and renewals.
  • Work closely with internal departments to resolve supplier or contract‑related queries efficiently.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining accuracy under pressure.
About You as the Administrator
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally involving third‑party supplier or contract coordination.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment supporting on a busy helpdesk.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience using CAFM or contract management systems is beneficial.
  • Office‑based role, so candidates must be able to commute to Braunstone, Leicester.
