Job summary

A leading staffing solutions company is seeking an Administrator to manage inbound calls, build strong customer relationships, and assist with various administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be numerate, PC literate, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of complaints focusing on customer retention.
  • Assist credit control with outstanding debts through query resolution.
  • Understand the daily driver debrief process and deal with related issues.
  • Fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities per company policies.
  • Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required.
  • Support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects.
