A leading education company in Rotherham is looking for an Administrative Lead to support and manage the administration within Centre Management. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, processing applications, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management and stakeholder communication. This role offers a hybrid working environment and full-time hours.
Administrative Lead (FTC Until May 2026)
You will support and manage the administration within Centre Management, handling both routine and occasional management information. You will also process and support approvals related to JCQ. Additionally, you will assist the Head of Centre Management in monitoring key processes and ensuring provider regulatory adherence as needed.
Maintenance of departmental logs regarding risks and issues
Monitor Pearson providers to ensure continuous adherence to approval criteria
Work with internal teams to support centre mergers
Management of GQ records to ensure that they are up to date and accurate
Processing of GQ applications
Providing accurate information to external stakeholders in a timely manner
