Overview

An established boatbuilder and composite specialist is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Administrative Assistant (Full Time or Part Time negotiable for the right candidate) to join their friendly team in Lymington.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors, handling phone and email enquiries, helping with health & safety records, or packing and shipping spares orders.
  • Office administration: filing, scanning, ordering stationery and uniforms, and liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes or place orders.
  • On the project side, support production contracts with record keeping and compliance documents, as well as assisting other departments when needed.
  • There is variety in the role; no two days are the same, and the successful candidate will be happy to “muck in” where required.
Qualifications
  • At least a year’s experience in a similar role.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and excellent attention to detail.
  • Organised, able to juggle tasks, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Enjoy working in a small, supportive team and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Hours & Location

This is an office-based role in Lymington. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with part-time arrangements negotiable for the right candidate.
