Job summary

A local estate agency is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in Dungannon. The successful candidate will manage communications, maintain property listings, schedule appointments, and assist with marketing and compliance tasks. Ideal applicants will have administrative experience and strong communication skills. The position is temporary, offering up to 25 hours a week, with potential for additional hours. Salary ranges based on age: £7.55 for under 18, £10.00 for ages 18-20, and £12.21 for 21+.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in property management software.

THE EMPLOYER IS: MANEELY & CO LIMITEDWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to help support the daily operations of our estate agency. The successful candidate will help to ensure the smooth running of the office by providing administrative, customer service, and marketing support to agents and management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries.
  • Maintain and update property listings across internal systems and online portals.
  • Schedule appointments, viewings, meetings, and diary management for agents.
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, tenants, landlords, solicitors, and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases (digital and physical).
  • Assist with marketing activities, including property advertising and social media updates.
  • Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. ID checks, contracts, records).
  • Assist with basic financial administration if required.
Skills and Qualifications
