You will be a key part of our national support team, responsible for day-to-day office operations, front-of-house hospitality, and prompt, helpful internal customer service. You'll manage competing priorities with good judgement, act on your own initiative, and contribute to a calm, efficient workplace.,

Responsibilities
  • Run day-to-day office operations: supplies, mail and reception, office security protocols, and escalating issues in the right direction.
  • Support and deliver office compliance topics: Health and Safety, first aid, facilities coordination of maintenance.
  • Book meeting rooms and support hospitality and front-of-house service: greet visitors, coordinate catering and refreshments.
  • Deliver high-quality internal customer service as part of a larger support team: respond to staff requests, deliver internal projects, and support other colleagues where necessary.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage workload independently; complete routine administration with minimal supervision.
  • Work collaboratively across functions to support business needs.
Qualifications
